All Sales Are Final

All photography products are made to order specifically for each customer and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer's remorse.

Please carefully review all product details, sizes, and images before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Photographs showing the damage or defect

• Photographs of the packaging, if shipping damage occurred

Once the issue has been verified, we will work with our production partner to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please do not return an item unless you have received return instructions from us.

Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Colors & Image Appearance

Colors and brightness may vary slightly between the image displayed on your phone, tablet, or computer and the finished printed product due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, materials, and lighting.

These normal variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Incorrect Size or Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions and selecting the correct size and product type before checkout.

We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds because the wrong size or product was selected.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect address was provided by the customer.

Final Sale

Except for verified damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect orders, all photography products are final sale and non-returnable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
