2. Orders

• You have reviewed the product description, dimensions, material, finish, and other applicable product details before purchasing.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable payment will be refunded.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Our photography products may be produced specifically for your order.

Once an order enters production, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product sizes, dimensions, materials, and other options before completing checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our photography products are made to order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Color preference

• Differences in appearance caused by screen or monitor settings

• Personal preference after receiving the product
